The bathroom was super dirty, the food in a bathroom was so greasy that we almost fell on a floor. The toilet bowls were gross. The dining room floor was very dirty. Although there was a robot which was delivering our food, The robot was so filthy. We request the small candle to the birthday ? girl but it was not done, the waiter mixed up our food. We liked the food despite very unkept appearance of the restaurant.

Hostess was very unfriendly and never made eye contact. We asked for a booth and she said” they’re all dirty or full. I’m only one person” We could clearly see 7 empty booths. She took us to a table she just wiped and there was literally a pile of dirt that had been swept under my chair. The table was soaked. Our app plates were soaked.Our server Cheryl was nice. The food came in a timely manner.The butter with the bread roll was cold and unflavoured .My daughter’s pasta was cold and the “chicken” full of gristle.My pasta did not say spicy on the menu but was so spicy I couldn’t eat it .

Staff was eating from a common plate in the middle of the dining room. Most staff eating fries from this 1 plate, walking, eating and shoving food in their face as they were cleaning tables. Hostess didn't look like she wanted to be there, she looked very lazy. They also had a robot strolling around to sing Happy Birthday, save the money on a robot and lower your priced. Our waitress was great, food was good.

The cheese in the mozza sticks was mushy and they were not crunchy on the outside. Complete opposite of the last time I was there in December. I liked the chicken that came with the chicken Parm, but the spaghetti sauce was very bland, and seemed to be the same the sauce that was served with the mozza sticks. The spaghetti noodles reminded me of eating Alpha Getty as a kid.  I liked the atmosphere, and the waitress was on top of things. 7/10

I feel like this is a skewed review. But, we went here tonight for dinner. December 31, 2023. The atmosphere was clearly, here is your food, get out. We ordered an appetizer, it never came, we got one loaf of bread, and my glass was empty for 3 quarters of the meal. The food was okay, we eat, but I left unsatisfied. I called, they apologized and blamed the entire concern on reservations. We were there around a quarter to eight, the place was by no means busy. I hate it was such a poor experience. I think we’ll go elsewhere in the future. I know they don’t care.Update: I reached out to the number provided. Someone called, but I missed the call. Called this person back twice. No response, no call back, nothing. Seriously, they do not care. Makes me wonder if they don’t care about their customers, do they care about their food standards?
They were not busy and it took 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order . When we got our order 20 minutes later waitress did not check back . We had to flag another waitress down to get our drinks refilled . Very disappointed with the service.
