This is my go to pizza place!!Highly recommend ordering ahead, picking up, and taking out.They usually are pretty slow since they are busy so keep that in mind but the food is always delicious and hot and prepped right then and there.Will definitely be going back again, will definitely continue to recommend.

Placed a call-in pick up order, 10 min drive. When my husband got there, it was a 15 min wait but when he got home (10 min drive) the open-faced donair oven sub was unwrapped in a pizza box, stone cold; the donair was also cold which makes no sense - seems like possibly the order was ready and sat someplace? Anyhow, worst Greco food ever ordered. The donair was filled with chewy bits of off-tasting donair meat - we did call to complain and were told "all the bags look the same" so I guess this means their donair meat comes out of a bag ... maybe this is how they do it now but it was truly gross and will not be back or recommend. The person we spoke to was not overly helpful, but if we were willing to drive back and bring the food back he could offer a refund, but we declined - just chalked it up to experience and won't be back. Such a shame that a Maritime tradition (donair) was served up in such disgusting manner.

Greco Pizza went way down Hill, their food quality is not near as good as it used to be, it’s kind of gross, and they do not listen to your orders at all, I hope they shut down.

I pay $35 plus tax for large pizza with pepperoni and cheese plus half with donair... they told me 30 min after it was 15 min and drop off quick about 10:50pm, I open pizza box and eat them after I noticed they full raw and not cooked. so I call them many time until he answers, I ask I want refund and it not cooked, he hung up... I will be there tmr morning and need refund. I ain't playing with ya

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger sub and bacon/cheese bread..... I received an undercooked donair sub and an undercooked loaf of soggy garlic bread. I called the Manawagonish site and was told "that's not what was made for you, there's nothing I can do" . What an absolute waste of money.
we frequently order a number of pizzas for family get togethers. on December 23rd I ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party. after arriving at the party is was discovered that all pizzas were made on thin crust, contrary to what I ordered...and were also terribly put together...cheese was dumped in one spot and none on the other side of the pizza, toppings looked sloppy. I immediately called and was put on the phone with manager Justin. he looked at my account, said he could see I frequently ordered and because of that offered to replace my order. I said I really didn't want to hold the party up and that we would make do. he agreed that the next time I ordered it would be free of charge, I simply had to call and tell them justin approved it and there would be no problems. fast forward to January 1st...another get together. I called the store at 330 and spoke to a young lady. she told me she was busy as she was anlone but would get to my large order as soon as possible. I said no worries, I'll pick up at 430. at 410 I received 2 calls that I missed. figuring pizza was done I sent my brother in law to pick up...only to find out there was no pizza because she had called Justin and he no longer remembered talking to me, nor had he left any notes. yet another disappointing family function in less than a week. still I said no problem, I'll call him back. between Jan 1 and today Jan 5th I've yet to connect with Justin. I left my number on Jan 1st, no call back. I've called every day since. I hear that "they don't know if he is in" when they check he is not. they say yes one moment and come back to say he called in sick. I'm beginning to think that Justin may dodge phone calls. I will not be returning to the west location until someone makes this right as I do not have $70 to waste on unsatisfactory orders

Decided to get a sub from Captain Sub which is in the Greco......my words "DON'T DO IT"......Their subs are the worst that I have ever had.......bread was barely cooked for a toasted sub.....when asked about the toppings, asked for lettuce (I know that it is expensive) but there was not even enough to cover the meat, the same went for the green pepper......then they say light toppings, believe me they are not kidding. I was very disappointed with the service, presentation of food, taste of food.......I would not recommend going here to go to Captain Sub at all..........save your money and find some place else because you will be hugely disappointed.

this is the second time in 2 weeks we went a bought donairs ,I thought the firstnight maybe they were busy and let it go that it was so hard and discusting ,but tonight was even worse the donair meat was as hard as a rock and the pita bread was no better ,I through it in the garbage ,never again.Parking: parking was good lol.

Worst service ever 45 mins to get a 6 inch sub at 11:30 am not even busy time staff just totally ignored everyone and wouldn’t answer the phone .. don’t bother with this place ..

This is the second order in the last month and both were the worst pizzas we ever got from Greco. The ingredients were only in the center. Crust was supposed to be flavored but wasn't. We ate each a piece because we waited over an hour and were starving. This is the last time we are ordering from this Greco!!
