The people were very nice. Their set up seemed super clean. I like open air sushi joints where it's made in front of you. It's the nicest sushi I've had in the Saint John area. I had the salmon and it was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Pink Sushi. They ask you to rate the atmosphere but it's in a food court..? I don't know bring a candle.

As always, the best and most affordable sushi in Saint John.Their prices are unbelievable and the food is quality. Their new Korean menu is awesome, too — especially the gimbap and katsu!Their lunch special is unbeatable at 10.99, a price that hasn’t changed since before the pandemic. Rolls are as cheap as 5.99, with a dynamite tempura roll at just 7.99. You can get entire sushi sets with 12 pieces of sushi and 8 pieces of maki dod $16.99.You literally can’t get grocery store sushi for these prices, and this is an order of magnitude better and fresher, all while supporting a small business that has been an institution in uptown Saint John for longer than I can remember.This is one of the city’s last remaining dining gems. Go show them support!

Never did I think in a semi-abandoned shopping mall, would I find one of the best sushi joints I have been to outside of Japan. Food was delicious, fresh, and affordable!! Highly recommend!

I searched the seafood restaurants prior to my journey to the Saint John and the Pink Sushi caught my eyes for many reasons.Today my family and I had a superb experience at Brunswick Square enjoying their fantastic and affordable Japanese food.The owners are super nice and very humble, they didn't even charge me for the tip, please ask them to charge you with the tip.Their food was definitely one of the most healthy and tasty Asian foods I have tried in Atlantic Canada.Thanks a lot and see you tomorrow!Update: the government should visit this place, they need to be promoted by the higher ups
