Giving them a one-star ratingReason being is , we ordered almsot 2 hours ago and our order still hasn't arrived yet. I tried calling the store only to talk to a receptionist in Ontario, who's taking the calls , which is totally odd. Had we known it was going to be at least a 2 hour wait, we would have never have ordered anything. And if this is the new system , (since they're moving stores) we will no longer be ordering. I prefer to talk to the store and not someone a couple provinces away.Thanks for all the year's Cindy ✨ It was great dealing with the store , previous to this.

Overall their pizza was good! No complaints there! I ordered a small and it is perfect for just one person. Bonus point for being located next to the Delta Hotel which is where I was staying. Just letting you know they still don’t do dine in. Only take out unfortunately.

Extremely poor customer service as waitresses encorage patrons to eat elsewhere in an time when takeouts are in demand as the cook won't be able to have it ready regardless of what you order, so I was told by their waitress. Avoid!

The "supervisor" we spoke too on the phone while we were amending our online order was very short and constantly talked over me as I tried to explain the changes I needed and subsequently when my wife called she received the same treatment...As the call ended we could here her mocking us for trying to get the details correct...Extremely poor customer service and we will never consider this restaurant again....

Probably the best pizza joint in the city or saint john... pizza is always cooked good and not raw, lots of cheese on the pizzas .. make sure if you want a pizza night to try it out. You won't regret it

The food was mediocre but worst of all is customer service. I order a pizza at 5PM doesn't come until 6:20PM which defeats the purpose of "35min delivery." Poor customer service here, better off ordering somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered off of door dash and when the pizza arrived, it was way under cooked. Just undercooked dough. I called the store and told them what was going on and the lady in the other end way VERY rude and told me it all had to do with door dash. Never again will I order from here.
