Pizza hut has been my fovorite place for pizza ever since we lived back in Ontario. But lately the thing I love the most (crust) lacks its golden crispy finish. Maybe all pizzahut places are now this way, but I think you should reconsider slowing down the oven. I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes the crispy crust the most.

The food is meh... Not a welcoming atmosphere when picking up an order which most of Saint John businesses seem to be the same anyhow with no Customer Service skills. After giving this place a chance, after 6 orders- done not wasting my time and money. Did not order thin crust and the crust was paper thin. One worker grabbed a bowl aggressively from another worker. so nasty and he emptied the contents after handling the cash register and did not wash his hands, what a turn off and poor team work-not impressed. My daughter also said she found a hair in her food. Do not recommend this establishment, owner/workers need to do better.

Delivery driver was sarcastic and rude. If the delivery is going to the front door, I should not need to specify that.
