Wasted 3/4 of my 15min break standing at the counter with nobody else in line and every single employee ignored me to cater to the drive thru and skip the dish drivers. Left without even placing an order, won't be back any time soon.

It's a popular coffee shop. It's usually busy because the coffee is amazing. Also the sandwiches and donuts are lovely. The last time we went through the drive through and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had brought back their delicious Walnut Crunch. Yummmm ? It went so well with my delicious Tim Horton's dark roast coffee! ?

Staff doesn't seem to care for experience of customers that come inside. An ice capp and wrap took me 5min to order because no one would come to the cash and then was a further 7min to be given my order. The food isn't great so this just makes it nearly intolerableEdit: the only staff member that did care was the one on sandwich bar, which is one of the most demanding stations.
