This is one of the only Tim Hortons I get a good iced coffee every time, it’s always a girl that makes it for me in the morning and it always turns out great and not burnt! Plus I find the staff here always kind.

Food is great however if you ask if they have something and they say yes, it should be there when going to the window. I had someone cash out my order, tip them then tell me they don't have what I ordered. ?

I just find this funny, not mad. I went through the drive through and got the wrong coffee, so I went inside and specified that I asked for no sugar. She confirmed several times what I wanted and when she came back with the coffee she said that I could taste it to make sure it was okay and I said no don't worry I trust you. I get in my car and it still had liquid sugar in it. I didn't have it in me to go back in.

I asked for help inside restaurant to redeem points. The counter person messed it up. The management couldn't help. My birthday gift car was used by them instead. My points will now expire. Senior taken advantage of again.

Poor service , I work at 6am and the Tim’s on Rothesay ave is closed at 5:20am , the place is dark , I guess they are on different hours than the working class … gone down hill , sadly , this was a great place once ….

Update: Service is getting faster, and the staff is friendly as ever!Friendly staff, but painfully slow service. Some days it takes 10 or more minutes to make it through the drive thru.
