Today (2024-03-23) I was standing in line waiting to order. Two people were behind the cash, a guy and a girl named Toni. Toni was standing around not doing anything while I was waiting, I assumed the second cash was not functioning. After a couple minutes, a friend of Toni walked in (I could tell they knew each other by their friendly interaction) and went ahead of me and Toni immediately took her order. If she could have waited on me as I stood there, why didn't she?When I asked about it, the manager was all shoulders, had nothing to say and just nodded. Actually didn't say a word, looked at the floor, and nodded.Sick service Wendys. I guess if I know someone I can go straight to the front of the line too

This is the second time visiting this location before 10:30 a.m. 1st time was told we stopped serving breakfast, however the menu in drive thru was still showing the breakfast menu...went to Tim Hortons.....now this morning before 10:15 a.m. ordered 3 meals only to be told at the window I am sorry we just served our last wrap and we don't have the bacon or eggs for your wrap said ok well I will take another sandwich and was told we do not have anything to make it with...needless to say Tim Hortons again....how do you serve breakfast when you do not have the means to do so and before 10:30 a.m.However the lady who served me was very nice....only positive to trying to get breakfast meals was you are greeted with a smile and treated well.

The food was good no doubt but explain me this there were 3 girls and 2 guys staff, the girls doing absolutely nothing and just talking, still they called in the other guy to take our order who was already cleaning the whole lobby, did the garbages and wiped all the tables. He was irritated too from the look of his face. This is not right. Staff needs to learn teamwork and be more polite towards each other and customers.

I'm not a big fan of the renovations. It's not very homey in there. They added two new age machines that spit the drinks out. The flavor is not quite right. Needless to say I still ended up in a meat coma after a Baconator combo. You really can't go wrong.Kid-friendliness: I didn't notice anyone being unfriendly to kids.

I always like Wendy's. There are healthy menu items across many categories like full/side salads, various baked potatoes offered and the sandwiches are far nicer than the more ordinary old hamburger bun. Tried the egg BLT today and loved it.
