The food was cold for only 2 of us in the restaurant. The veggies were microwaved. Felt like we were rushed out of there. The menu was very limited We had never been there before and will not go there again. The service wasn't terrible.

This was my 4th or 5th time here. I've had mostly good experiences previously. This time was not great. Even though there were only three other tables of patrons, everything took too long. To get seated (with a reservation) was close to 10 minutes. To get water and menus upon seating was 10+ minutes. To order was 10 more minutes. So 30 minutes from arrival to placing order. Even though the place was close to empty, the waitress sat all four tables immediately adjacent to each other. The noise level of the small corner where everyone was seated was unnecessarily high due to the chatter. One of the selling points of this place for me is that its quiet. The food took close to 45 minutes even though we had simple orders with no apps. The waitress assured us at one point that our food was up next. It came about 15 minutes after that and it was room temperature as if it had been sitting ready for a while. The food itself was quite good considering it was not very warm. Finally, when it came time for the bill, the waitress disappeared again. I am not sure if she was going on smoke breaks or cell phone breaks or what. It was close to 2 hours from arrival to paying the bill for two simple meals with no apps and only three other tables worth of patrons. It could be understandable if it were extremely busy. Hopefully, this is a one-off.

Really enjoyed our annual Cranberry Lane visit. Sat near the windows and must remember to book that next year. From the chowder to the dinner everything was enjoyable. Salmon a little dry. Desserts were plentiful but missed the cake with blueberry sauce. Definitely plan on going back next year.

The breakfast buffet was great! They made me the eggs I wanted. Bacon was delicious. It had everything. Friendly, fast and efficient staff!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? I think the chef changed and the new menu is reduced smartly but very limited options (especially for starters). We got the smash burger, very thin dry .. kind of like a mcdonalds patty as sad as it sounds, had more bread than patty. Side of poutine was good, fair amount and ratio of cheese curds and gravy. The other order was the chicken burger with a side of fries (100% costco fries the ones that are breaded), pretty disappointing that a fine dining can’t cut their own potatoes.. I got a side of gravy too that was soooo watery it had the consistency of soup. Unfortunately, very disappointing food. Service was good, our server was Karen, she was great. Drinks were good.

Had a wonderful time this evening. We had an excellent server, who was very helpful in recommending items on the menu. It is so nice to have a server that's able to communicate in English and French in Saint John. Such a rare experience but much appreciated! Will definitely return soon! You can't beat the best view of the beautiful harbor!

Someone below commented that they had the best nachos in SJ: that was obviously some sort of cruel joke that I fell for. Nice view and decent selection of beer and cocktails but unless you are too tired to walk the 50 yards to the ale house or something else, don't order food here.

The restaurant actually noticed that this was our anniversary and has a lovely table by the window and two lively glasses of sparking wine. The food was delicious and the service exceptionally friendly. What a lovely evening right by the water.
Good menu selections and tasty food. I ordered salad and entree, and my wife ordered just entree. We were sharing the salad. But her entree and my salad arrived together, even though we told the waitress to bring the salad first. So she ate her entree while I ate my salad, and then 10 minutes later, my entree arrived, well after she had finished her entree. Very bad timing, no apology, no discount for poor deliver of food.

The breakfast buffet was edible but not worth $20. It's a standard hotel hot breakfast. Worth including in your hotel stay. Not much flavour to anything and most of it was Luke warm at best. Regardless of the reservation and empty tables in view, we waited about 10/15 minutes to be seated.
