Food is usually ok, but today 2nd april 2024 at lunch time they had a very bad day - way too much salt on the frys, must be 4 times as much as usually. Cubby chicken cruncher - the chicken was flat and thin and overcooked to the point of flavorlessness, they are asleep at the wheel today or the staff are getting directed to add excessive salt by someone who shouldnt be in any food business.

They were very friendly every time, but need training on how to make certain food/combos. A teen burger with no bacon, not a teen burger. A greasy bacon N egger, could have been avoided. Onion rings with no seasonings, not A&W onion rings. The list goes on, but they're so nice that I'll stop there.Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wrapped burgers are awesome!!

Been here plenty of times before during the week but this Sun was terrible. 10:30 am - loud dance music playing, soggy bun on my egg sandwich and cold hash browns. Will try McDonalds next time we go on the weekend.

The most unorganized restaurant I have seen in a long time. We placed an order around mid night coz the online app let us place the order and got the notification that order is ready to pick up. We went there and found out the restaurant is closed. The next day I called the restaurant and found out they closed the store at 10:30pm. Please fix your timings online and on google so people won’t suffer.

Night shift drive thru is a joke. Since when do you go through a drive thru, pay for you food, wait 10 minutes to be told to come back through the drive thru and wait in a 5 car line up for the food you ordered and paid for 20 minds ago and given attitude about it. Worst experience ever at a fast food
A&W is one of my favorite fast food outlets, but I have to say when it comes to taste and freshness and great service this restaurant in Shediac is the best of all A&W's I've visited, great food and excellent service every time I've visited there.. Thanks to management and staff for the great service 10 out of 10 ??????

Early morning, about 7AM. Tim's was busy but not many at A&W. Thought I'd give it a try and glad I did. Got everyone back at the house a breakfast muffin, hashbrown and coffee. Food and coffee was fast, hot and delicious. Ladies working that morning were very pleasant! We'll stop here from now on.
