This place has great food, I had a pork chop dinner, my hubby had hamburg steak, the place was packed, and the staff we very friendly, and very efficient I would highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal.

We stayed one night at the motel. Upon arrival they didn’t have our booking, since we booked online, apparently the owners forgot to add it in. But I had confirmation, many emails etc. so check in took a little longer than expected. But because of that she let us choose between 2 rooms. We chose the one with the nicer bathroom. Nice room, a little outdated furniture and decor but still a nice room. Mini split worked the evening, but stopped working during the night so it was hard to sleep because it was warm. Overall, for the motel I’d give 4/5. We went to the restaurant for supper, and then again breakfast. Both my boyfriend and I didn’t expect much, but we were very happy with both meals! Good prices, good service, home cooked meals, big portion sizes, and tasted great too. We passed on dessert but they looked delicious! 5/5 for the restaurant!

The restaurant sat on the top of a picturesque view. Plenty of places to stop along the way to take in the beautiful landscape.Next door to the restaurant was a motel that looked well kept and homey.We drove up and directions took us exactly where we wanted to be. Walking in, there was a table with baked goods for sale. $6 for a large bag of cookies.The menu offered a lot of variety. We’d never had poutine, so thought this would be a good place to try it. The portion was huge! (Not sure how people eat all that!)The service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive, friendly to everyone. You could tell that it’s a local favorite and understandably so!On the way out, we met a lovely couple and we talked of our travels. Ralph and Judy!! They’re regulars and had raving reviews.We’d love to come back just for the community! You’ve got a great thing going!Nearby activities: Beautiful scenic driveFood & drinks: Food portions were healthy. Tasty, home style cooking.
