Somehow they seem to mess up coffee in every possible way. From cold, to wrong size, to terrible taste. Out of the dozen times that I've ordered coffee there, only 1 time have I enjoyed it.

I had a bitter sweet experience at the Sussex McDonald’s today. I ordered my food and watched as it was prepared and bagged by one of the employees but instead of handing it to me they left it under the heat lamp for 5 minutes. It wasn’t until I asked another employee and they looked in the bag which had everything in it and the employee just refused to give it to me for some unknown reason. The better part of this experience was when I found out my food was stale and barely warm I called and spoke with one of the managers Sage who cleared up the situation and offered to replace my meal. Good work Sage if only the other employee could be as dedicated to severing the customers like you!

Some reason won't put onions on your cheeseburgers anymore unless you ask for them and sometimes they still won't put them on it..Kid-friendliness: Yes but the bathrooms not really i found pills 2 times going to the bathrooms under the sink and in the stalls

The service there tonight was ridiculous, the girl at the window was very rude, when we got the order it was missing things and they didn't seem to care or do anything to fix the issue just told us we didn't order it.

From the unfriendly service (can you say Good Morning?) to the probably some of the most inconsistent food quality to can find in a McDs, i probably should have just driven somewhere else. Was served a saussage McMuffin that looked like a bite was taken out of it. The day supervisor couldn't have been more rude and dismissive saying 'it's not a bite it's "how the buns are separated". A less condescending tone and sorry or even I'll make it right for you would wave gone a long way. I only got a "hello and you're welcome" after asking for the francisee name and contact details. I will just go the the KV restaurant in the future where you at least are treated with a modicum of respect.
