I stopped in on a Monday night and noted the line was a few people long. There was only one girl working (Yesenia) but she was five stars for Coldstone. Her level of quick, efficient service with a great attitude was a step above the majority of workers today. I hope the Aberdeen Coldstone recognizes her for the benefit she is!
Too expensive for the quantity and quality. The ice cream was gooey like it was not so fresh and had been thawed and refrozen. The quantity in my "love it" cup was level with the rim, while the quantity in the "love it" cup of my companion was nicely rounded much higher than the rim...mine was a "like it" quantity placed in a "love it" cup. I paid $85 for a custom ice cream cake and was severely disappointed. The layer of ice cream was so small, you could barely taste it. Although the employees were very nice and easy to work with, I would not recommend ordering a cake from Cold Stone. You’re better off getting a carvel cake from the grocery store if you want a true ice cream cake.
