I wish I could give this location a -10!!! Little girl at the drive-thru window had a TERRIBLE attitude, gave my mom a hamburger with no meat, then caught an attitude and was EXTREMELY disrespectful—even stating “f yall” when we were driving off—when we took the burger back. We advised we would be calling the corporate office due to her extremely disrespectful conduct, and this child went as far as to say ‘she didn’t care if we called corporate about no burger’. It took all of Jesus to keep calm with this little girl, and we will ABSOLUTELY be following up with managememt regarding this gross lack of tact and manners. As the face of restaurants, this type of ignorance from this so-called employee was a TOTAL turnoff!

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, they repeated my order to me at the speaker so I know they heard me. When I get the the window the only thing they said I ordered was a large coke. They completely forgot my food, and now at this point I was already late for work so I got up extra early to have time to get breakfast, set in line until I was late for work, just to get a large coke. Thanks.

Food is always good an hot. But every single time I go there this same cashier is always rude and has an attitude and I can barely even get my order out without being cut off and rushed. The name on the receipt always says dynasty. This location is a 1/2 mile from my house and there's times my wife goes to the other location 5mi away because she don't want to deal with the rudeness

The food is delicious. Love the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I look forward to visiting when I come to Aberdeen. Friendly staff. Even with the heavy traffic, it's still a great place to visit. The friendly staff and delicious food make you want to return.

Never have I ever gotten hot or fresh French fry’s from this Hardees and the burgers are always cold and old also. The drive through lady witch I believe is the manger is so rude. She will not add my coupons to the price at the speakers and give me the amount it cost at the window.Whenever I pull up to the window to pay she gives me the full price amount for my order and I always have to tell her again about taking my coupon. What terrible service and cold food always. I Won’t go to this one again and it is only a few minutes from my home.So disappointing.

Horrible service. The first couple of times I was the only one in the drive-thru and they screwed up my order, I thought it may have been a fluke. Today was the topper though, 3 cars in the drive thru - (non peak hour) - they had us all pull beyond the drive thru window, blocking the parking lot, and we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our orders.One of the staff came out, and proceeded to get all the orders mixed up and disputed with me about what I ordered.Never going back. They need to re-staff this location.
Terrible service. Ordered online and got to the pick area and instead of helping me they choose to ignore me and wait till everyone in line was done ordering and then started on my order.

I roll in around 10am for a good ole gravy biscuit with hashbrowns after a night of heavy drinking. The thing about ordering a gravy biscuit is that you dip the hasbrowns in the leftover gravy. In a perfect world, this is the hangover cure. Especially after you down it with an ice cold Coca-Cola. HOWEVER, we received our order and did NOT have hasbrowns. We tried to go inside but the door was locked. It was my worst nightmare coming to life. I was left only with a gravy biscuit. Hungry, Hungover and quite frankly upset. I try to see the best in people but this is my last straw with Hardees.

My husband and I came through the drive thru in separate vehicles and we were on the phone together. I heard how the lady was rushing him to order. She would say "is that it" every single time. So, about 4x. This to me is rude and inconsiderate.
