I deleted my original post. Hard enough to find good help now. Mgmt/Owner needs to utilize their cameras to see what goes on when they are not there. Say like 9/13 - 5:30-7pm. We won’t be back. This was our 3rd strike.

The employees were rude. We were missing most of our food. We used door dash to order pickup (prompted from the website to use doordash) and we were informed that "we won't get paid from doordash" and asked to provide a driver's license in order to pick up our food. When we declined we were prompted to pay for our food a second time. The employee told my husband that she would cancel the order but informed me that I would have to do that on the app. We were informed that they were "out of ice cream", however when I went back in to get the rest of our food they were providing ice cream to another customer. As I was waiting for the rest of our food a doordash driver came in to pick up food and had no issues. Not asked to provide proof of purchase, not asked to provide a driver's license, not told that they wouldn't get paid. By far the worst experience all around and we will not be going back. Very disappointed in the way the employees treated us.
