Just moved to this area and discovered this location several weeks ago and have been multiple times near closing before and been served, however tonight I had 25 minutes before they closed for them to tell me they did not have any ice cream, only slushes and smoothies. she was extremely rude as well in her delivery, not too excited to drive out of my way to get to this location any longer.
The store closes at 10pm. We arrive at 9:18pm, which is 42 minutes before closing time. "We can't serve right now. We are early cleaning," they say. "Sorry we had a lot to clean." I saw 3 cars turned away from the drive-through and I had 7 people with me. If I were the owner, I would be completely upset about the money being missed because of lazy employees.
