estimated time was 31 minutes then the time kept increasing. finally got our pizza after over an hour and the driver recommended we call the store and speak to RYAN to see if she could help us out in any way. she was very rude and abrupt the whole conversation then proceeded to hang up on me. we use papa johns often and this was very disappointing service.
Just ordered a large pan pizza from the location and I cannot believe they even served his pizza. I have never seen such a burnt mess. When I called to ask for a credit to be put on my account they responded, “we can only make you another pizza, now.” No I live 20 minutes from the location. Absolutely disgusted with this pizza.
