It’s bad enough there is only one subways working right now in albemarle . Now they are only excepting cards and no cash . Smh

The food good ya know it's subway but trying to pay is a nightmare. Like literally if you don't have tap don't come. She said take in and pull it out of the chip reader three times then swipe it. WHAT. absurd and they don't take cash they were nice tho. But it's ridiculous and it takes forever. And they are very understaffed it takes 30 minutes to get one sub. And there was this very very loud toddler.

I went to the subway on 24/27 And I understand that the short staffed because I read the sign. Alright, That's fine. So I drove all the way to the other side of town on 52. Just for their store to be closed as well. It's Sunday and it's 11:30 am. I was on my break at work so now I have to go to Jersey Mike's and it's a long drive so I'm late for my break and I might not get to eat my food. I was also really craving Subway for the last 2 days and I can't seem to get any around here. So I guess I'll just have to drive all the way to locust and them get my service.

Tried to walk in and only had two people in front of us. Stopped us from going in. Cause they were not “prepared to take more customers”
Michelle had to have flown through 20-30 people in the 30 min I've been here. She did a phenomenal job and all with a smile on her face. Many happy customers. The mexican sub was delicious.

Arrived at 8:38 if I wasn't mistaken they close st 9pm. Customer service trash tonight sloppy sandwiches and staff had nerve use his bare hand to touch knife no sir. Definitely didn't feel welcome. I understand you are ending shift and prep cleaned area etc but service is to still be good even til the end. If u close already lock the doors. Definitely rubbed my family wrong way today. Thought more this location given the other location is rarely open and horrible. Do better Subway.

Usually love this place but tonight the customer service was horrible the two lady’s were very disrespectful! Didn’t even take their time to make our food pretty sad when you’re feeling rushed won’t be back!!

We eat here on a regular basis! One employee from the one on 24/27 helps out at this store and at both stores with a call in order on one and a order online got it messed up both times! We live 30 mins from the restaurant! Lastnight we spent $50 and got 2 chicken BACON ranch footlongs, a MEATBALL footlong sub ADD PEPPERONI, 2 footlong PIZZA SUBS with pepperoni and cheese, and a personal cheese pizza. He forgot the pizza at first, the amazing manager fixed that for us. Well he DID NOT put the bacon on EITHER of the chicken bacon ranch subs, after we paid an extra dollar for pepperoni on the meatball sub they were not applied, and also the two PIZZZZZA subs were LITERALLY BREAD AND SAUCE ONLY!!!!! NO CHEESE NOR PEPPERONI!!!!!!!!!!
