This was my first time to this Alpaca location. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered Arroz Chaufa and plantains, which was cooked to order. I highly recommend trying the Areoz Chaufa. It is a fried rice dish with chicken and sausage. In all honesty, the dish slaps! It's one of my new faves. Stopped at this Alpacca location in Apex and just like the other locations this one was just as good and tasty. The chicken is always moist and tender and it's cooked to perfection. The black beans were very flavorful and just as good as I would make at home. I really enjoyed the green beans they're cooked nicely and they are flavorful and have onions in them. The location was clean and well taken care of and the stations for silverware and drinks were organized and maintained.
