Ordered 2 veg bowls with chips to go via the app. One bowl was half empty and overall food had no taste. You couldn't taste anything but salt on the stale old chips. It's like they were putting salt on the chips, and the lid fell open, and all the salt in the bottle fell on the chips, and they didn't bother to make another batch. They didn't taste fresh either. Considering that there were only a few customers in the store around 6. This was my first time at this location, and I absolutely will NOT be going back.

The place was unbelievably filthy. I understand a dinner rush but the tables all had food smeared across them, paper products all over the floor, and the food prep space was just one huge smear of left over food. The guy in front of me confronted the manager about the nasty restaurant and the employees all ganged up on him until he left. I planned on eating there but left because I was so grossed out at that point. Two stars because the burrito was good

Young lady with the hoop earrings and nose ring provided terrible customer service. Wanted to charge for extra cheese because I asked if she could give me a little bit more. The lady with the dreads was great but couldn't save the experience. Chipotle surprises me that it's still in business with it's pricing and employees who don't give a damn half the time

I'm not going to be ordering at this location anymore. They consistently never have fajita veggies, and give the smallest meat portions. In my burrito yesterday, only half the burrito had meat, and it wasn't much at all in the half that did..maybe 2 oz. They gave me white rice when I asked for brown. They forgot the salsas. My burrito was very small compared to the usual size. I could go on and on. This is by far consistently the most disappointing chipotle I've been to. I'll just drive further from now on or go to Qdoba.
