Have ordered Marcos several time in the few months that I have lived in Raleigh. Tonight was such a disappointment. Pizza delivery arrived and it wasn't what I had ordered. Delivery guy says he will be back and almost half an hour pasta. Nothing. Called Marcos and they said they would make sure I got new food prepared. Go check the door and there is a cold pizza and wings delivered. What a farce.
Website is the worst. It is better than before, but is made very limiting. No way to contact corporate.Kept my credit card on file, but will not allow the card to be used. I have to enter it every time. Will not allow me to edit or delete existing card from file. So if your card expires, yet you replace it, you can't edit the necessary information. And trying to add it again does not work. Probably because a card of the same number exists, even though it has wrong ccv and expired...read full review

The pizza is good and they are one of the few take out pizza places that offers a tasty cauliflower pizza, but the service is terrible. They are incredibly slow and do not have accurate wait times. Every time we order, we have to wait up to an hour to receive our order despite the website stating a 20 minute wait time. The manager and staff is usually apologetic, but nothing changes. I understand they are busy, but they need to accurately communicate the wait time.
