I love this place! As a NY transplant, it's been very hard to find good Chinese food with the depth of flavor I remember from up north. New China Chef comes very close to that nostalgic NY flavor. Yuki and her team are friendly and keep the restaurant spotless. Keep up the great work!
I knew something was different when I saw a Chinese restaurant with a 4.5 rating on Google. The norm for these places is about a 3.5 to 4 - if they are really good. First thing that surprised me when I went in at 2 on a Tuesday there were 9 full tables and 1 open which I promptly grabbed. I love this place… I drive all the way from Raleigh d/t the quality of food being fresh, authentic and good flavor. Best crab Rangoons, Singapore Mei Fun, Kung Pao chicken, House fried rice and so on!!
