Without a doubt, the best local coffee shop in the area. Nothing else comes remotely close...if you are from the area, you know the local places became less 'local feeling' over time--Notes feels like a breath of fresh air! Barista Katie also did an excellent job making my coffee and always provides a great conversation :-)
Notes Coffee is a charming and cozy coffee shop located inside the Rock n Roll High School in Apex. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. It has a good selection of different coffee, hot tea, and iced tea. They have sugar free syrup options for the drinks. They also offer pastries including scones and cookies. Love this place! The purple rain and lavender haze are easily some of my fave lattes. Their lavender is amazing, and I always say if you can’t make good lavender syrup then you aren’t a good coffee shop but they have it down here! The employees are also super super nice and attentive!
