Sushi Suyu is our most FAVORITE sushi place in the triangle area! My boyfriend did not even like sushi prior to coming here and we love it so much that we (embarrassingly) go once a week! Despite being here numerous times, we have never had a poor experience or meal. A few of our favorites are the dumplings, sweet and spicy edamame, the Papa Salmon roll (a must have every time we go), T&T roll (light and refreshing), Road Trip, K Bull, Pisa Hut, and Sassy Girl, but truly every roll is good (we have tried them all)! Always happy to support and boast about Suyu!
Excellent service and great food. As good as the sushi is, the Bulgogi Burger remains one of the best items on the menu.

This was our first dine-in experience at Sushi SUYU. We have gotten takeout on several occasions and have been impressed with the sushi quality. Our dine-in experience was equally as enjoyable. Great service and the food was amazing! We will be back as this has become our go-to sushi spot.

We have dined here four times now and it is a decent place to eat. The sushi specials on the main menu are unique for the area. There are standard sushi roll options also. While they do not have a ginger dressing, they do have a spin off that has a taste of pineapple in it that is pretty good. The wait staff is very kind and service oriented. We have never been there when it is packed or seen a line out the door however, I have witnessed a fairly steady stream of customers entering and exiting son for me that is a sign business is good. I hope the place sticks around for a while. Would highly recommend for Apex downtown dining.Parking: If there is no parking near the entrance there is parking around back downbthe ally. If nothing there, then continue into the larger parking lot. Parking can be tough sometimes as this area is also the main parking for the downtown Apex scene.
We had a lovely time last night at SUYU. The decor is lovely, waitstaff friendly and attentive. The sushi is about 15.00 for a specialty roll, which in our experience is about the average price for artful deliciousness. My wife ordered the "Party Tonight" and I had the "Sassy Girl". They were so amazing, we ordered a second roll of each. We couldn't begin to think about any negatives for the place. So, 5 stars from New Yorkers who have moved from the land of exquisite sushi and found the "Apex" of Sushi in the Raleigh area!

Great food and nice service. Absolutely try to the KFC nuggets. The original is good. If you like no spice, get the garlic variety.The bulgogi burger was fantastic. I plan to come back to try the spicy pork burger next!My daughter liked the sassy girl rolls.Check this place out. I want to try the lunch boxes.
Good sushi, sashimi, and nigiri made with care and tasty. Good selection for those that like different fish. Other options for those not I into the raw stuff. Service was friendly, quick, and responsive. Small venue, can be crowded. Parking is a bit tougher during the normal rush times.
Nice little place in Apex, NC and our server was great! I had Nigiri and it tasted like spearmint. Personally, didn't find a specialty roll I thought I would like but luckily they had a Cali roll that was good!

Food delicious. Fish was fresh and prepared wonderfully. Sushi rice was perfectly balanced and served at the proper temperature. Service was attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. Atmosphere was elegant and welcoming.
