Staff is very disrespectful to customers , takes a really long time to get your food. When I was waiting for my food , 4 people came in because they got the wrong food. Food was delicious once I got it.
Had to wait in drive thru 20 minutes, then they tried to short us on the order. They have the receipt before we get to the window so they should have read it and placed everything in the bag. We had to show them the receipt once we got it to prove they short us. This is twice now they have let us down.

The Bojangles in Archdale is the best. My order is always right and I never have a problem. Everyone always seems to be in a good mood. I am a little partial to Wanda who usually works the drive thru during the week, she's pretty awesome.
