Sandwich was watered down. The cut was off center. And hugely messy. I go to the firehouse once a year, and I need to stop. Every time I am disappointed. I'll go to jersey Mike's. I can get a bigger sandwich for the same price.

It's been many years since I ate at Firehouse. And technically it still has because I tossed the sandwich in the trash. I ordered on the app and picked it up and didnt open it until I was back at work. I thought I was getting a Philly Cheesesteak sub but whatever "meat" was on there didn't look very appetizing.The food has definitely degraded since I last ate there. It also smelled like an ash tray. Guess I got what I paid for with a fast food sandwich place.

I am partial to this chain in general and have to say that this location did not disappoint. The King’s Hawaiian is back! Come enjoy this pork & slaw classic with your favorite Coke 360 soft beverage! Dining area was clean. Restrooms are single stall and very clean. Plenty of free parking. Staff were friendly & helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Single stall restrooms are spacious.

Anyone who has had Firehouse subs and still does not believe think or say that this is the best subs they've ever had, then they don't know anything at all about subs. I know that everybody has different tastes and there are people who have a general taste which is usually based on an average of what all people combined like or don't like and I like to feel that I am one of those. Firehouse subs is by far and away IN EVERY SINGLE WAY THAT YOU CAN SEE OR TASTE A SUB SANDWICH, FIREHOUSE SUBS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST THEIR SANDWICHES CANNOT BE TOPPED BY ANYONE AT ALL!!!! NO SUB SHOP ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN FIREHOUSE SUBS!! The only negative about Firehouse subs is that they are also by far and away the most expensive sub shop you will ever eat at. But I love them so much that I don't care if I have to empty out my bank account to have the world's greatest tasting sub sandwiches. And for those of you who still don't know, yes, firehouse subs was created founded and perfected by actual fireman from Orlando, Florida... Thank you for responders for all that you do and for creating the greatest subs in the world.

Well just another place that lost my business. Put a order in for one foot long sub at 1:00 p.m. today 8/6/23 waited 40 minutes while others who ordered after me was getting their food..They didn't even add one pickle yet the extra ones I asked for. They should have refunded my money and gave the sub to me. But like I said I'll not ever go back to the one on long Shoals Road again.Not sure who's the manager now. But David who was there or may still be made sure you got what you asked for

David is the best manager ever. It was my first experience ever at a Firehouse Subs, and he and the rest of the staff were patient, kind, and were not satisfied until I was satisfied. Great job David and staff.

Placed online order. They didn’t have it. Showed him the receipt, and Instead of just making the order from the receipt I showed them, he said nothing I can do, you’ll have to call customer service. Called them, and they also did not offer to call the store to get the order made. The lifeless employees at this location did not care at all. Customer service also told me they couldn’t give me a refund either. So I don’t get the food or a refund.
