“Carrabbas has been a long-time favorite for many years. This location staff has always been attentive with a smile. On this visit, a friend and I stopped for appetizers and snacks. The prickly pear martini was very tasty and my friend tried one of the Sangrias...um..umm..ummm!We ordered calamari with the spicy sauce on the side and a combination platter.The calamari I was disappointed with. The breading overpowered the calamari, and it was borderline salty. Not just that, but the breading was too much. Peeling the batter off, I was left with almost a quarter cup of it on my plate. If this is the new way, they'll prepare calamari. I may not be ordering it anymore.Oh, I almost forgot. I ordered a canoli cake for two for my Mom and I. Was that so good, very flavorful.But..! I still love me some Carrabbas!“
“Nice spacious restaurant. Starts off with bread sticks and a large salad. The salad has fresh ingredients and a tasty dressing. Bread sticks are good. I had meatballs and angel hair pasta. Very good and a large portion. My wife had spaghetti and meat sauce. She thought both were very good. Service was good. We've made this one of our regular places to eat and think this is the best Italian restaurant in Asheville. And yes, that includes the very popular Italian restaurant that has a waiting line outside all the time. We don't like their marinara sauce.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.“
“Great service, and those shrimp wonton appetizers are to die for! Right amount of spice when enjoying a delicious dark beer I had the Pisgah Peanut Butter Nitro! We enjoy the atmosphere and the service provided. Not a heavy crowd this day, so a little quieter than usual. The bathroom is clean and stocked.“
“Today my bff & I stopped in for lunch, first off our service was beyond amazing! I totally did not catch the servers name unfortunately. She was very attentive ? The food was amazing! Garlic knots was our starter, the dough was delicious which made me order a calzone ❤️ I had to take home my leftovers ?♀️ my friend had the steak & cheese sandwich. Which ended up with her ordering one to go! The music was a great vibe! I have to give a shout out! From the front of the house to the back!I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!“
