After the remodel, the food is different and not as good. No more flat top, so I guess the meat is baked changing the flavor. Quesadilla was very greasy! No more Coke Freestyle machine. Used to eat here all the time. No more ?

I received a BOGO coupon in my email. When I got to the register the lady tried to tell me that the order had to be ordered online even though the coupon said otherwise. She got the manager and I was told they couldn’t honor the coupon because there was no bar code. The manager was very snippy and hateful and she acted like it was my fault that the coupon didn’t have a bar code. This particular manager need to work from home and never be allowed around customers. She was extremely unprofessional.and very rude. I will never return to the Airport Rd location as long as she is employed by Moe’s.

We enjoyed our lunch here. My husband had the stack and I had a homewrecker bowl! It was great and their queso and salsa is the best.
I received a BOGO coupon in my email but when I tried to use it I told it only applied to online orders ever though the coupon clearly said otherwise. A manager was called over and she told me they couldn't accept the coupon because it didn't have a bar code and was extremely rude and hateful like she was blaming me for their screwup. This manager needs to be get a work at home job and never be allowed near customers. She was extremely unprofessional. During my management days I would have fired her on the spot. I will not return to the Airport Rd location as long as she is employ Moe's. No professional would treat paying customers that way.
