I ordered a supreme pan pizza, we were really looking forward to that good old Pizza Hut supreme pan..but we were very disappointed. It's just not the way they used to make them. Something was different, I can't put my finger on it, it just didn't have that yumminess that I remember.

I decided to try a couple of the Melts tonight for the first time. I also ordered two other items which were good. The Melts on the other hand were less than desirable and I ended up throwing them both in the trash. They were baked too long they were hard and dry. Do not waste your money on the Melts, I repeat, do not waste your money on the Melts! Very disappointed!

Just trying to place an order from these guys was ridiculous. Finally placed an order over $50 and cause I had $100 they hung up on me.
I have consistently benefitted from great service and well made pizza at this pizza hut. Pizza Hut pan pizza (thick crust ), with a great tasting tomato sauce and delicious, crispy crust that can be found nowhere else is uniquely and unequally satisfying.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long while. The pizza itself is always great, but I can't say anything good about the service. The waitress asked us to clarify our order three times and still got it wrong. When we asked for it to be fixed, the waitress just stood there and stared at the pizza. She wanted to "fix it", but wouldn't make the pizza correctly. The entire restaurant was all waiting on pizzas that were either never put in or entirely made wrong.
