I don't understand why they take a long time if there aren't too many people and my order was an original sandwich and lettuce was old and brown is too expensive $10 so you don't get better food quality.

Fast food. I will say they have gotten better with the new management. Food was fast and fresh. Definitely would be my choice over McDonald's for fast food.

Placed online order and they only gave me half of my order. I didn't notice all of the nuggets I ordered were not in the box. When I called, they said they could not reimburse my money because I placed the order online. I lived too far away to turnaround a go back. They were quite rude on the phone and unhelpful. At the store they were very slow and seemed like they would rather talk to each other, than work on the orders.

Let me start off by saying , Burger King you have taken the fast out of fast food. I pulled up and saw about 5 people in the drive thru so I'm thinking go inside it should be quicker. Well it wasn't. I actually dozed off a couple times. No lie. I ordered and finally just sat down in disbelief and disgust. Now I know times are changing but is it too much to ask for people to actually do some work while they are at work. The kitchen staff leaned on the counters in back and had there arms crossed while the cashier's asked for the food for the orders and giggles and leaning was the only reply I saw. I did spot a manager once like an almost extinct animal. That fleeting glance at least made mister and miss lazy stir for a second while the three people with me in the dining room sat and tried not to be irritated by a squealing soft drink machine and trash that littered the floor and tables. . Burger King you wonder why McDonald is Numero uno. Just go and order for yourself. Wade through trash and faulty equipment to a wait that would make Rumpelstiltskin proud. There could be your answer.

I went to use the restroom and watched a worker come out the stall and not wash their hands. Made me not want to eat. Fyi she was at the counter when i followed her out.She bagged other people’s food and was vaping under a table.
