Went here for a church outing and we had a wonderful time. The place is clean and the prices were reasonable. Great place for a family or group outing.The shoes were like new and they had all sizes. The concession was great. Lots of choices.

My two teenagers went there with two friends this evening and were treated very rudely by the “lady” wearing a tie-died shirt. All they did was ask for a ball. There was literally one other family in the entire place on a Friday evening, but my 13 year old couldn’t have a 6 pound ball. Who were you saving them for? From reading these reviews, maybe the reason you weren’t busy is because your staff is rude. We have never had an issue bowling all summer at Spare Time in Greensboro. If you have a policy, that’s fine but you could say it nicely. I bet you if I had been there, her tone would have been different.

Family outing at your facility. Arrived and let cashier know that we were a party of 12. We paid for one game. Cashier told us that we would be on lanes 15 and 16, shoes and ball was given and we comensed to enjoy our evening. Lane 16 completed their game with lane 15 having 3 more times to bowl. However, screen for lane 16 flashed game over then 15 screen flashed game over. We went to cashier and was told that we put too many on lane 15 and not enough on lane 16. Whatever happened to playing a game to its entirety. Bottom line is that we paid for a game that we didn't play.

If you want to check out a bowling alley that’s borderline abandoned this would be the place. Staff is extremely rude, deciding it’s best to scream at your guests rather than just asking politely. Just go to sparetime or round 1 I promise you’ll have a much better experience.

We visited on a hot day and had a great time. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and very clean inside including the restrooms. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well!

This place was pretty awful. Nobody was in there and it was just overall boring. I’m not very good at bowling, I like to do it for fun. Every bowling alley I’ve been to puts the gutter rails up for me except for this one. “You have to be 12 and under.” What difference does it make with my age? Are we going to break the gutter rails or something? Too much of a hassle to put them up? Like that was just honestly pathetic. It wasn’t even fun. Waste of money. We will NOT be back. No wonder it’s always empty and hiring.Plus let me point out. The owner of this place.. I’D LOVE to hear you reply. I’ve seen your other replies, and you’re beyond unprofessional.

We were visiting family and being super hot outside we wanted to stay indoors. This was actually a very nice place to get away from the weather. It was clean and modern. Food and drinks were good. Saving to a favorite place to do things next time in town.
