Had the pastrami corned beef sub. Absolutely delicious. Place was clean and people were happy. Had one service person in there doing everything by himself. He didn't complain and he handled everyone and everything with perfection. I do think the management needs however to hire more employees. This fella shouldn't have had to do this all alone. Because he was doing the work of two I feel he should have been paid twice as much that day.

Food was prepared fast, tasted great and was presented nicely. There were plenty of options on the menu (although bread options were limited - white and wheat only). Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Giving two stars instead of one star because the staff members were incredibly friendly. The subs were also made correctly by the staff, but tasted terribly. The ingredients were sub par. First and last time eating at Fire House Subs.

My first time going in a firehouse subs. While I was ordering I asked the cashier if it was too late to change my sub to a large then the employee making the sub cussed about me wanting a large. I won't be going back at least not for a long time in hopes that employee will be fired. I did like the sandwich was bread food bread, not how subway folds the bread

If I could give 0 stars I would! The woman on the phone that took my order was EXTREMELY rude. Me & my husband went in to get our order & she basically threw it at him. I've never had a problem before now. The woman should not be working there. We will not be back. (Asheboro location!)
Did a door dash order totalling $53.00. Driver disappeared with order. It was never delivered nor was a picture sent of delivery location. Did a claim with door dash and asked for redelivery. Firehouse would not remake the order and cancelled the reorder. It takes 3 days to get a refund. The biggest issue is they waited about 35 minutes to decide not to take care of a customer and by then most options were closed. I rarely use delivery services and only do so when I am unable to go into town or prepare a meal at home. I have dined in at this firehouse multiple times but will never step foot in this establishment again.

Past several time the brisket has been awful. Fatty & chewy meat. I know the employees do not provide the meat. Do better Firehouse, when you spend over $40 for 3 large subs you expect to be about to eat them!

Popped in here to have lunch with my 2 little ladies on a Saturday. We have always loved the subs here and usually opt to eat here on the weekends and take advantage of the kids eat free with an adult order. I haven't been here in a while but I have always been greeted with a cheerful hello when entering and everyone has always been pleasant. Well today I was greeted by a less than pleasant hello and then the same young lady took our order and honestly I was so disappointed. Both of my children one being 15 and the other 9 have been placing their own orders for a while now as I have taught my children to speak up and clearly and to look at a person when speaking they have great communication skills. I have NEVER had so many problems with this before. As my daughters were placing their orders before they could complete anything the girl behind the counter would rudely cut them off and and ask them questions about their order in a snappy manner to the point I felt like I need to step in and place their orders for them ( which is exactly what I did ). When she rang us up the total was over 30 dollars ( I was charged for the kids meal for my youngest daughter) but I was so happy to have it over so I paid and we proceeded to go get our drinks. When I tell you every drink in that machine was flat and tasted horrible I mean EVERY single one. I ended up with water and the girls with unsweetened tea. The restaurant was not clean, not one of the 3 employees we seen here were even in the least bit pleasant and I over paid. My sub was good however my youngest daughters sub did not have lettuce or tomato ( which she did request however she probably was not heard as she was constantly being talked over). I'm so disappointed in our experience here and unfortunately I probably will not return. I expect my children and myself to treated with the same amount of respect that we offer you and that was not the case here today.

I ordered a meatball sub and the New York Steamer. The meatball sub is the best meatball sub around. The New York Steamer used to be great, but the last time I got it, the meat was so full of fat, but figured it was a one time thing. I got it again, and it was worse than the last time. Apparently they've changed meat over the last few years or so. I actually threw it in the trash. My cat wouldn't even it it.

Firehouse Subs USE to be the best place around for subs. Tonight's visit changed my mind. The Firehouse Hero was the worst sub ever! It use to be my favorite...but the meat was not shaved like before and the bread was so dry. I doubt I will go back!
