I have eaten at old Henry James for years. Lexington and Asheboro. The last couple times here in Asheboro. I was disappointed. The prices have gone up considerably the atmosphere was less than professional. I went through the drive thru and was rushed and felt as though I was inconveniencing the young lady on the other end. Food was not the same. What exactly am I getting for the extra I'm paying out. I ordered the so called special and was charged regular price. Ought to change their name to Jesse James. I sure got robbed.
If you have a drive thru...please make sure those at the window check the order. I've been several times. Love the food however I have had to turn around or call to get my order complete. Today...order ticket clearly states 2 sweet sauces. Got hime 30 minutes away and no sauce. Before I got halfway home only to find out that tarter sauce was forgotten to be placed in bag. Just train employees to check...
