I hate leaving bad reviews but the last few times I've ordered from Jimmy John's using the app, I have not received everything I've ordered or they made the sandwiches wrong. I don't know what has changed recently but if being "freaky fast" costs me more money I think you might need to slow down a little and get the order right. Quality over quantity, all day! JS

When they say freaky fast they mean it! A very welcoming staff the moment I opened the door. Beneficial in helping me find the right sandwich for the right price, I got a little insight from the young man at the register on how to get exactly what I wanted for the least expensive option, for that I thank him greatly. The service was great. I like mayonnaise and it was plenty. The husband, not so much. Make sure you're specific. Appreciated being greeted and staying forward facing white making our sandwich. Good amount of ingredients in sandwich, just like the Jimmy John service we enjoy.
