I ordered at the window and they said it was so expensive because I got two pieces of chicken when I get home they had given me a chicken breast and a wing really that is not a piece of chicken people thy charged me 26.00 and I didn't even get a drink I tried to call them but they won't answer the phone last time I go there very unhappy I will not be back ever

Went to get a takeout. Placed a ordered for a three peace dinner. Tried to charge me almost 12dollars. I asked why the price was cheaper on the website she said (website has completely different prices. If you don't like the price here. There's the way out. You don't have to buy it....so I went to food lion got me a 4peaces two sides for 10.46..I will never eat there again. I been going here for 26years.....never again.

I'm sorry, but I have been going to KFC for many years and I have never had such terrible experience here. I ordered a 8pc meal and that chicken was soggy and old. Not to mention 34$ I have never heard of such craziness in my life from KFC. This is absurd and I will absolutely never go back.

It seems like it takes a while to get your food here. I don't think they have enough help. Sometimes my chicken is hard to chew ( a little on the tough side when you order white meat.) But otherwise it is a good place to eat.

Used app to place order. When went in store to pick it up, they had not placed bags in pickup area so you could see the tag and know which order was yours, so I still had to ask for help from someone. New girl was training and wasn't very friendly. Floor is always sticky which isn't pleasant. Food is good but I always have to check and make sure they put gravy in with each order of mashed potatoes.

The chicken sandwich looks nothing like it does on T.V. McDonalds chicken sandwich is better. The 2 piece chicken dinner wasn't as good as it use to be. I will not be going back there
I purchased a 3 piece meal and my sides were slaw and cream potatoes with gravy and drink. I also purchased a spicy chicken sandwich and FF. The sandwich and FF was cooked correctly as well as the slaw and potatoes and gravy. But, the 3 piece was over cooked and greasy. Other than that, service was great. The atmosphere was good too, as I went through the drive thru. A very nice employee took care of my order.As I always state in my reviews, the food rating is about and always.... "who's preparing the food for customers" and "the time of day"!! To get the best experience in your visit, whoever visits. The 2 times I have been there in 2 weeks they have NOT got my order right! My order 2 weeks ago was missing 4 biscuits that I PAID for! Today I went and when I got home there was only HALF of my chicken nugget order that I PAID for!! What is the problem with the employees here?!!! Prices are high enough when you receive what you order!!! I am tired of the absolutely POOR service that I have received here not 1 time but twice now! I highly doubt I will ever go back to KFC in Asheboro, NC. The employees are lazy and pathetic!!!

First visit I waited 20 minutes and the nice young manager just gave me a cash refund and I left. Today, older manager said there isn’t a refund option and forced me to take order I didn’t want. I really appreciate the clerk charging me before telling me extra crispy wasn’t available and that my combo didn’t include the breast I asked for.

I have been here 2 times in about 1 week. BOTH times my order was MISSING items that I PAID for!!!!! The last time, I ordered mashed potatoes and there was something in it that looked like a yellow piece of rubber! Food prices are high enough when you get what you pay for! I am so tired of this POOR service because your employees either do NOT listen or they can't understand English! You have just lost a customer because there is absolutely NO excuse for the crap I received! Your employees all need to be fired and replaced! Will NOT be back!!!
