Found a full chicken feather inside the chicken patty on my McChicken. Staff were quick to offer a replacement but I had lost my appetite so they refunded me for the sandwich. I am beyond disgusted but props to the workers for handling it well.

Sadly this McDonald's was very dirty. The food was tasty and fresh. The people were apologetic and helpful. May have been a rough busy shorthanded day??? We have been here before and this was not the norm for our past experiences.Kid-friendliness: Has a play place.

Don’t give the option for curbside pickup after dark when you don’t want to walk outside because it’s “dangerous” but you’ll click the order is on the way and let a customer sit their for 15min.

Ordered a cup of coffee and a sandwich and they asked me to park in spot #3 because they already had 2 ppl pulled up in spots 1 and 2. I got my sandwich at the window but the coffee was why they asked me to pull up. Not a fancy coffee, just a regular hot coffee. I have never been asked to pull up for a cup of coffee. I would understand if it was a special order but regular coffee.....and it was not even good. Did not drink it. Normally this place is fast and efficient.

Good food, people and service but always feel rushed.Kid-friendliness: None of the McDonald's I go to anymore have remodeled into some type of "Coffee House" atmosphere. They took out all the playgrounds and therefore ruined a great thing. Parents used to be able to eat in peace while they watched the kids play & and interact with new friends! I'm SO DISAPPOINTED in them for that!

I go to this McDonald’s way more than I should. I love the app and most of the employees are polite but the actual service is horrible. Made to park for a simple happy meal. Frappe machine always down. Wrong food on literally almost every single order. I’ve decided to drive the extra couple miles and go to the next closest one to me. Just this morning I was pulled to park and watched as 12 cars after me got their food and left. I had to drive back through the drive thru (not the first time!!!!) to get my food that was just sitting there at the window. It is honestly ridiculous. I can see a mistake here and there because we’re all human but every single time?! Every single day?! They need to fix this because I’m sure I’m not the only one that is done.

Waited 20 minutes (I ordered curbside). Went in, and seems the crew was having a difficult night. They tried giving me my food that had been just sitting there..I asked for a refund. Thanks for my money back, but I was really looking forward to my first meal of the day. I’ll try again next time, and redo this review.

I use the app to save money and get points. I mainly do mobile pickups and recommend the parking spaces where they bring it out or drive thru. Doing it through the app and standing at the counter waiting and waiting for a black iced coffee is not the way to go. ?

Everytime I order in the app for curbside pickup at this location I ALWAYS have to go inside and get my order or wait outside 15+ minutes. I just ordered a coffee, been outside for 10 minutes, I go in and the lady is standing there holding my coffee but too busy having her own conversation.
