Ordered online and my order was terrible, my bacon was not cooked, there was so much sauce that it was leaking out of my sandwich wrappers into my bag and I didn’t even order extra sauce, the chicken tasted awful. On top of all of this my bread tasted very stale. I had to throw away two footlongs that I had only taken 1 bite out of. I’ve had problems with this location before but this was really the worst. I would recommend never getting food here if you want a decent sub just go to Firehouse Subs or Jimmy John’s, the buy one get one footlong isn’t even worth it.

I went there a few days ago, but this last time was very underwhelming and disappointing. The turkey titan wasn’t prepared right and my friend had to throw it away because of it. My Philly cheese steak didn’t have any cheese and was very dry and was missing some condiment's. I gave it 2 stars because I ordered the 6inch sub but actually gave me a foot long, but a Philly with no cheese. That’s a crime.

This subway is above any other, the worst subway to pick!!! If you get a chicken bacon ranch sub, but want the regular chicken instead of the rubber rotisserie chicken, then they charge you extra. Will not go there again!

This place has been in need if major repairs fir several months ad looks like nothing has been done in all that time from our last visit in Aug. To this one...services has always been excellent till this last one...she did a great job if following my special request, but she seemed to have a slight attitude about it. Then, the cashier was very rude to our mom, a half blind senior...I won't be back here again for at least a year or more. Maybe by then, they will have everything all fixed and a better, friendlier, more patient serving crew.

The manager was very rude to her employees. The sandwich only had one layer of meat. I asked for more and she told her employee no they don't add more..i basically ate a mayonaise sub..

The manager Rachel was absolutely amazing! Her team was short staffed tonight so she took her day off to come help. She upside my drink for waiting just 6 extra minutes and gave me 4 extra cookies since they were sold out of the original kind I ordered. Best subway in town! I will gladly wait a few extra moments to be given kind customer service. Food was fresh and wonderful!

The service and food here are pretty typical of a subway in my opinion. Something I always enjoy and can always leave satisfied. I would like to comment on the looks of the place. It definitely needs some major upgrades when it comes to the store itself. The wallpaper is tearing on two separate walls. The cushions in one of the bench seats I saw had holes and rips in it. The ceiling has missing tiles and such. Appearance doesn't have to do with customer service when it comes to servers and this is not at the fault of them but appearance does matter. It shows the people who own it care about it and care about what the customer comes into. A nice and neat restaurant should definitely be on the list of priorities. I know it seems to be a very bitty complaint but it's more of an observation and hopefully in time the place will be repaired. It goes a long way in getting people to return to the establishment.

I hate place they wait till I get out the car 15minute before closing hours n lock the door I would respect if they could a reason for closing earlier than the sign says

Last month I wouldn't believe that I was writing this review but this place has gone downhill fast. They went from making sandwiches exactly as ordered within plenty of time to the opposite within about a month. First the app required that I put a tip in, suggesting initially 15% before i even arrived to see that the sandwich was made correctly. Two of the subs were plain with only meat and cheese but the "sandwich artists" could not even get that right. They did not change the status to "ready" in the app until after we picked up the food and there was noticeably less meat and cheese than ever before.
