I believe in praising those that deserve it. In this world it’s rare to have a pleasant experience at a fast food place.The lady that took my order/money was beyond pleasant. She was happy, smiling and engaging. That is a stark difference between the cold lack of greeting and interaction you get anywhere else (sometimes even including at chic-fil-a). I unfortunately did not get the lady’s name but she said she had been there for like 25 years so I’m sure she can easily be identified. Thank you for being such a pleasant person in an industry that gets worse and worse by the day for customer service.

At 5:40 PM. on March 20, 2024, the most disgusting thing happened. I was at the counter waiting for my mobile order, and another customer came up because they got her order wrong.Apparently, it was my order.So, the disgusting employee wrapped thst sandwich back up thst was previously touched by another customer, put it in a bag, and handed it to me. Right in front of me like nothing happened.Again, it's totally disgusting, and I will never return to this location again. I am unable to trust the employees. If they do stuff like this in front of customers, imagine what happens when we are not looking.

I went on Thursday night with a free baconator fries with any purchase. I had already tore the coupon off. I was told they didn't have the trays to put the fries in. I went back on Friday and ordered the fries again and a burger but when I got to the window I couldn't find the coupon in my stack. Nobody at the first window could do anything. At the second window. I told them I didn't appreciate having to pay and they could have cut me some slack. They looked at me like I was stupid and said " Have a good night." You could see they enjoyed my frustration. This is the Woke Generation. If you want Respect, You have to Earn it. So quit Crying and act like a Man or a Woman does.Mikey Out. Oooooh Yeah!!!

They need to STOP watering down the chili (attempting to heat it/stretch it out adding water from coffee station). That's number one. Secondly the baked potatoes used to be really good and much larger. Not so much anymore and typically at room temperature or barely warm. At least the place is clean and staff typically friendly. Sometimes there is a bit of unnecessary chatter between employees related to outside events or other staff members.
