called in a 6 piece honey bbq wings and cheese fries went and picked up my order and ate one and it was spicy hot and I turned around and went back and asked them what bbq did they use and it was the wrong order they gave me and the guy kept saying yes it's hickory and i kept saying i ordered honey bbq so he goes and gets the sauce with a french fry and let me taste and it was the same sauce too spicy and I told him i don't eat spicy food and I wasn't offered another 6piece or my money back so wing stop that's my last time i spent 15$ for food i couldn't even eat

If you are preping for a colonoscopy this is the place to eat. The food got all 3 people that ate it sick. One was lucky and only ate 3 wings. Because they didn't care for it. The other two ate more because they were hungry. They have been sick for two days. Finally recovering now. I can't caution you enough. After reading the reviews. And health inspectors report. It is easy to see why. Something needs to change. If a young child eats this it could be very serious. Or an elderly person. Shame on you! Clean up your act!

I ordered and while I was waiting for my order a squad of cheerleaders came in. So my food sat on a shelf until they took all their orders. So my food was cold by the time I got it.

Walking in all seemed fine. The bag was sealed and ready to pick up, and the building seemed clean. Then it was all bad. Fries were soggy and not good seasoning, but the wings were a joke. Over $30 for 2 meals and the 10 piece boneless wings were 4 boneless and 6 scraps. I would have gotten better chicken from McDonald's chicken nuggets. I contacted the corporation, and a local manager was supposed to contact me. Still nothing. They offered me a gift cad for more than I spent. I said, "How about a refund because I won't be using a gift card there. No contact since then. They don't care, and management obviously has no idea and let's quality slip. Won't spent any more money there. The picture is how my wings were when opened. Didn't eat any, only spread them out for a picture. It's not even close to worth what I paid.

They messed up my check, at least four different times.

Not impressed at all easy coast wings is much better. Dry not mulch flavor Cajun and garlic parmesan. One trip was enough for me. Sweet tea is like a red bull and monster. Mixed knock ur socks in the dirt sweet. True story left there and ordered 2 mcdoubles much

I had never ate at a wing stop, but definitely expected better. I will say that the fries are very good! The service was great, staff was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing. I will try again and get the plain wings and the fries next time.
This was my first time going there, which was tonight . We ordered the 10 piece mild chicken wings combo that comes with fries and a drink. Got home. The chicken wings were dried like they didn't put enough of sauce. The fries were cold! The chicken sandwich tasted like it had a lot of oil. Don't think I'll be coming back.Parking: N/A

My first time. The Hawaiian wings were good. The corn was very good. The service was pretty fast, and the man who took my order was courteous and helpful. The ambiance was non-existent. I felt a bit like I was sitting in a bus station. I was ordering takeout, and there were very few chairs to sit in while waiting. If I had intended to eat there, I would have regretted it. Maybe it's the business model that confuses me? Why not just have a drive-thru? There was only one family who dined-in while I was there. There are only two tables. There's not enough parking for people who want to park and come in to get take-out. I guess the best way to use this place is to call and order, then come and pick up. That would probably make the most sense. I will do that, when I go back. And I will definitely get the corn every time. Now that I know how this place works, I may give five stars the next time.

The place had a really bad odor near the soda machine. The food was not good. I am not sure why the service was slow because you can tell that the food was old especially the fries. They were cold and you could taste that they were old. They were the same disgusting kind that you get from a fair or carnival. It was a waste of money. I will not going back.

First time having Wingstop and was disappointed. Although I did get everything that I ordered, the service overall was bad. Workers were moving too slow and majority of the time, weren’t doing anything. The food was okay but everything was overly seasoned. The fries weren’t cooked all the way and were DRENCHED in seasoning. Not to mention everybody, including myself, had to wait additional time because they had nothing ready. They need new workers and a new set of management asap.
