Single handedly the worst fast food restaurant i have ever been to. My wrap was thrown together with old tomatoes and stale tortilla and my fries have seen better days. Waste of $10.

The wife and I haven't had any Arby's in a long time we were out of town on a day trip we got hungry I saw a sign for Arby's and she said yes too she had the Ruben and I had the beef and cheddar 2 of them and curly fries we got it to go figured we would eat going down the highway but soon pulled over and sat in the shade . I could have talked a nap afterwards . Thanks Arby's in North Asheville right off 40
12 dollars for a sandwich, but this Arby's is charging 25 cents for a sauce, which is ridiculous. Lady working the counter was very nice and friendly, but this new rule is nothing more than greed. Arby's is already more expensive than any of the fast food restaurants nearby, and now they want more money for complimentary items.

I had never been here. I didn't even know that Honey Baked had a restaurant option! The food was great and reasonably priced for our area. I had the Honey Baked meal with potato salad that reminded me of my mom's potato salad. The sandwich was freshly made and full of goodness. Try it at least once, you'll be glad you did. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We were in town for VA appointment and went for lunch today around 12:50. First off the drive-thru cashier was rude when we told her one of our chicken sandwiches was made wrong. Then we get the same sandwich back pretty much just bread switched but still had some lettuce on it.So this time I go in and request a completely new sandwich to be made. Another employee was beyond rude just talking trash and shrugging her shoulders. She was doing entirely too much for the money I paid for my food to be made correctly. Then get the new sandwich; get down the road and it was still wrong. At this point ya'll being petty and corporate will be notified. Her attitude got you the 1 for service and atmosphere. Next time do better for those who make your salaries possible. The two guys at the front were the only ones who acted accordingly when working with the public. Those other two women need customer service training.
