I sincerely dream about Asheville Sandwich Company, and it's been almost a year since I've had it. The philly cheesesteak is mouthwateringly deliscious and any flavor of the fries are just to die for. I like the asian-style ones with pickled onions on top. I would eat this every day for the rest of my life and firmly believe it's the best restaurant in all of North Carolina. I cannot wait to plan my next trip back to Asheville, specifically to eat here. YUM is an understatement.

I am new to Asheville and was looking for lunch one day. I really wanted a great sandwich & I found it. What a great place all my coworkers were like where did you got that sandwich smells amazing. I got the Italian and it was perfect! I wish I’d gotten the girl who helped me name. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. I work close by and will be a regular customer.

We love this place. The best sandwiches in Asheville. I just learned today that they are closing this month because the landlord is kicking them out. I sincerely mean from the bottom of my heart, I hope this landlord never experiences joy again.

Would've been an immediate five stars if not for the wait. Me and my boyfriend each ordered a simple sandwich and fries and waited for nearly an HOUR in the cold as it is an outdoor only location. There was only one other family there, so it wasn't due to business. We only got our food once I asked for the girl at the front window if she could check on it, and then she brought it to me. Our number was never called. But, let me tell you, I almost cried when I bit into my sandwich. Best philly cheesesteak i've ever had the privilege of eating. Maybe the hour wait time was due to them retrieving it from heaven. The sandwich was actually so good that I would go back again despite the atrocious wait. I will be thinking about that sandwich for a long time.

Don't let the location fool you. It's a walk up window. Gluten and dairy free options available. I had the roast beef sandwich, it was perfect. Meat wasn't chewy, bread was soft garlic aioli mayo was amazing. Very good.
Great sandwiches and lots of good vegan options.Outside seating. It can sometimes take a little while to get your food but it’s worth it!Vegetarian options: Delicious vegan options and house made meats!

I'm not sure what all the good reviews are about. I'm visiting from out of town and got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with String Fries. Both were cold and just not good. Not worth the $13. There is no indoor seating. You order from an outdoor window and can eat outside on a picnic table or take it to-go.

You order at a walk-up window and wait outside for your order. While not an issue on a sunny comfortable day, I would not prefer this if it were frigid or raining. Took a little while to get, but it was a bit busy so I wasn't bothered by the wait.
