I went to the mall yesterday and sat watching the person cleaning, she refused to stop to take any order, the guy helping her ignored us as well. My friend finally got her to take the order the food was not worth the time the lemonade had almost no flavor. I did leave a tip, but should have suggested they find a new line of work. Will never go here again.

My daughter's pretzel was accidentally underdone, and they immediately took it back, apologized & rewarded her with a new one & a drink. How customer service USED TO BE DONE ALL THE TIME. Kudos to the management!Vegetarian options: Pretzels are available without butter, ie vegan. I can't have dairy, so this is helpful to me.

The people who are here work extremely hard. This place has been my favorite since I was a kid. Glad it's still there. I got the pretzel dogs :)
