We were introduced to the Blue Dream Curry House in Asheville, NC by Aimee Morrison, our Original Asheville NC Food tour Guide. On our tour, we were presented with a bowl of Pusgah Panang (Red Curry) with Tofu. This curry has a mild, flavorful base. I added two teaspoons of hot sauce and the zing was perfect. I noticed three people on our tour who said something like this: “ I thought I hated Curry but this was amazing”! I agree, I’ll be back to test more curry offerings from Blue Dream

After a four and a half hour drive to Asheville, I quickly found this restaurant in hopes of a delicious dinner. It was amazing. The food was flavorful and tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful. Local art pieces available for sale were displayed all over. For a fun, laid-back meal with lots of flavor, I definitely recommend this curry house.

Delicious curries with choice of proteins, and level of spiciness. Casual interior near vibrant dowtown nightlife. Great choice for a quick meal.

Thank you for hosting our party of 9, where everyone ordered different food items. A great blend of Thai and Indian cuisines. They even ask you for spice levels, helping you customize your food according to your pallette.

I did not enjoy the food. If you like this you need to a) get checked for stroke symptoms and b) never leave a food review ever again. This city is full of pot heads and you can't trust what they say or think.

I usually like blue dream but I don’t know what’s going on with them right now… The curry was good I forget the name of it but I also got the peanut noodles and it was like one large spoonful of noodles, for six dollars with some lettuce. The sauce was great but not exactly even an appetizer in my opinion. Also the Tom kha soup was bitter today and only had like three noodles in it. I’ve gotten it before and don’t remember it tasting like this.

Restaurant is shopworn and needs refurbishing. Dashi soup served with yellowing broccoli (not fresh), overcooked noodles and very little flavor depth to broth. Salad greens in both salads were not peak fresh - some wilting. Amateur hour in the kitchen. However server very pleasant.

Forgot to take photos and I should have because I went in a completely different direction then I thought I would. Came for lunch thinking I'd try one of their awesome sounding curries, but instead went with 3 small plates: Original naan taco with tofu: Tofu (VG) / House Masala Sauce / Tomatillo Chutney / Raita / Pickled Red Onion / Geraldine's Bakery naan bread / Cilantro / Lime Patton Ave naan taco with tempeh: Tempeh (VG), / Steamed Kale / Sweet Soy Glaze / Spicy Yogurt / Kimchi Pickled Broccoli Stems / Geraldine's Bakery Naan Bread / Lime Naan mi with pork:, Pork / Hoisin / Vegan Sriracha Mayo / Pickles / Jalapeños / Cilantro / Crispy Onions / Geraldine's Bakery Naan I can't tell you about the taste subtleties or the flavors. Fact is I ate all 3 in record time. They were amazing. Once again, I said to hell with you, gluten intolerance! Intolerate this!!!! It didn't matter if it was the tofu or tempeh or pork each one stood on its own and was a menu highlight. I would have preferred chicken on the bahn mi but it wasn't an option and I usually get pork bahn mi anyway. This stood up to any bahn mi. Their naan is thicker than traditional naan from an Indian restaurant but it's still wonderful. I wish I could tell you more. I wish I remembered to take photos. Oh well, I'll probably get the same thing next time anyway.

As someone who eats a lot of curries I'd say this place is okay. The spice chart is not consistent at all. First time I tried a 3 and it was decent and the second time it was crazy hot! Portions are great!

Amazing food. The curry bases are quite authentic even though the menu has quite a few different asian cuisines.I tried the Kerala curry with trout - spice level 5 but it was one of the most satisfying meals I've had recently. Will be back to try more !

An Excellent array of curry dishes, Thai and Indian. The filipino egg rolls were delicious as was the Thai peanut salad. They serve locally sourced ingredients with international flavors. Craft cocktails topped off a great lunch. If you are in Ashville, this is a great spot to try.

Did not believe that this stop was a High Roller as our tour was named. Our tour guide sounded like she really likes this restaurant but I think it is a specific taste and not for everyone. We were given a curry bowl with rice and cut up veggies.

Bursts of spice and texture filled our mouths. Curries were delicious and so flavorful. We couldn't pick a favorite. Portions and prices reasonable. Many choices for those who keep a vegan or vegetarian diet.

my wife and I ate here and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Nice portions, fresh tasting and seasoned just right. The Chana croquettes appetizer was excellent along with the nan bread and dips. The freshly made chutney was a mango strawberry this night. Can't wait to return to try a different preparation !!!

This curry was perfect for a rainy day! I got a 3/7 spice level which was a comfortable level. The pork was also super tender and melted in my mouth. I got a side of naan and was a little surprised because it was a lot more chewy and less flaky than I would've expected.
