I haven't ate all day, went and I asked for a plain chicken sandwich, got one slathered top and bottom bun with mayo. Ruined my entire day. May seem like a bit of a dramatic statement, but when you're already having a very bad day, that just added the icing to the cake. So, very big thanks to whoever made my sandwich without care. I work in customer service too, and I'll tell you the impact you have on people is more then just a chicken sandwich.. sometimes it's the thing that really sends you over the edge and let's just say that did it for me. Please next time, just put meat and a bun on a plain sandwich. Please. I couldn't go back and get another one since my car is being worked on so I spent 40$ of my hard earned money, on a meal (family ate too), that I had to sit and watch everyone else eat but me, needless to say I'm pretty pissed/disappointed.

They do not pay attention to what the customer orders and you have to ask for the preparations again, they do not give napkins, ketchup, salt and you have to ask for sorbets.
