Wow wow wow! This place was amazing! Everything was absolutely delicious! There wasn't a single thing we ordered that was just okay. Highly recommend the sloppy jai! Sweet and spicy, tender ground lamb in little sliders with purple cabbage. Omg! The ambiance is fun and friendly!

We were told there is always a huge line. We walked by. We just ate. But we stopped and grabbed a table and ate again. So good. We will be back.

Everything about this place is amazing. It’s a must visit while in town. I tried the Vada Pav , tomato and cheese Uttapam, and the Gulab Jamun. The buns were light and fluffy, the combo of mint and sweet and spicy perfect, and rose cardamom syrup in the desert was to die for.Dietary restrictions: Things marked vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. There is a disclaimer about peanuts and shell fish may be cross contaminated due to surfaces and shared fryers. I didn’t ask about a designated gf fryer.

Such good food. We got there at 5:15 and there was about a 30 minute wait for a table. We sat outside with our dogs. They even brought over a water bowl. All the food and drinks were delicious.Vegetarian options: Any vegetarian dishes.
I usually don't care for Indian restaurants, but this place is amazing. Loved the pani puri- they call it sev something or other but really good. Also had a paneer Kathi roll and the paneer in it was better than some meat from legit BBQ restaurants. Went towards the end of lunch time so there was little wait.
Over hyped! You are much better off eating in Mehfil!

Outstanding spot. Was told to get the sloppy Jai here and it was remarkable. It was a great flavor combination of American and Indian cuisine. The inside was very well decorated and fit the theme. This place could in my opinion have a Michelin star. A special trip to make in Asheville of all places. You wouldn't think western nc would something like this but it is amazing. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Delicious food, good service, fun ambiance. Definitely would recommend. It's a small restaurant and it definitely gets busy.
