Love the food & always top notch service. I minus a star because of one thing that I do not understand. Why during times of covid do they make kids replace the ordering speakers? Don't get me wrong, everyone does a great job. My problem is with the situation. More contact with people and with covid that seems like a bad idea. When it is cold and rainy the workers health must be effected as well. Are the order kiosks at this location broken? Is it for speed? I think most people could stand to spare a little more time and use the kiosks through covid and especially during poor weather. Maybe revisit corporate policy on that, the sooner the better. The place seems to be doing very well so maybe expand in another way to speed things up. For starters can this location do carside/in store pickup? It is my preference and could help but not offered at this one.

Type 1 diabetic here… love their diet lemonade and splurged and took a gallon home. My blood sugar is currently 350 bc they gave me a gallon of regular lemonade. Full of sugar! This is not just a taste preference. Attention to detail people!!!

It's about time they consolidated there locations into one super convenient location odd drive through but it works. Inside is neat.. updated interior is so modern.. Food is still the same as all other locations.. So I guess go for the location if you are from this area.. other than that there are three more locations in Buncombe county..

All the food here is exceptionally good I have a problem with Chick-fil-A pretending to be a christian-oriented business but does not actively participate or donate within this community. But with that being said I would go back to Chick-fil-A any day of the week.
