Came for a Cobb Salad the last 3 nights, every time i was told they aren’t specialty salads due to there being “nobody to make a salad this late” it was 6pm… so today i called ahead where i was assured they were doing specialty salads and it was no problem. Showed up 15min later where i was told they're not doing salads when i got to the drive-thru. I will not pick this cfa again. Who doesn’t do salads at dinner because it’s “too late” at 6pm? Wasted my time driving there after being told they were doing them.

This is the only fast food I eat. If you get the grilled chicken, it is not too terrible for you.
I received my food, and it was wet. It wasn't raining; it was just wet for no reason! It was disgusting! So I thought, 'This isn't right,' and contacted customer service. They responded, 'Thank you for your feedback; we will strive to do better!' I guess it's acceptable to them to serve wet food!

So, I will have to give this Chic Fil A, a 5 STAR! I ordered a nugget tray for a co-workers last day and it was very fresh, tasty, and hot! With the nugget tray, you will receive an 8 oz bottle of sauce, which I chose Honey Mustard. The service was great and efficient. The ambiance was as expected; nice and chill. So, if you're in need of an east snack, Chic Fil A is the place!
Friendly, speedy staff. Food was cold and old. Definitely won't go back.
