This place me and my family went to, we happened to get there right at opening which is the best! You know the food is going to be good because there’s nobody else there to put heavy pressure on the kitchen staff and the atmosphere will be relaxed indefinitely.The waitress first off was fantastic, and the drinks she made were 10/10 delicious, but the food was pretty good at best. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was mediocre at best. South of Philly on tunnel road, and bold rock downtown both have a drastically better cheesesteak. Everyone else in my family their food was good, the wings are TINY, the flavor was 300% bigger than the physical size of the wing.Overall, the place is nice and the staff is very friendly and good to converse with but there are better meals to be had at drastically cheaper prices elsewhere especially in Asheville being such a foodie town.

Not for me. That is not how you make French Onion Soup. My goodness there must have been a hand full of salt in that bowl they served me. Tased like they used dripping from fried stakes, thrown in a small piece of bread like substance and even smaller amount of cheese. Now for the greasy Tails I ordered. Tastes remarkably like the grease flavor in the soup. Not worth the money.

Beware. This is no longer a chophouse a chain location. The only thing they have is the name however, when you arrive at the restaurant, there are only a handful of employees working in the menu is verity limited pretty much just fajitas and burgers. Waitress said that they only had two ribeyes in the back in stock. Please update your website and let people. Know before they travel

Everything about this place is amazing. Excellent service. Great atmosphere and great drinks but best of all some of the best foods I've had. Try out the steak you won't regret it promise.

We (two couples) went to the Chop House for after dinner drinks since we were staying at the Sheraton next door The bartender was rude from the minute we walked in There were no other patrons and I think he just wanted to go home, however, it was only 9:00 pm and they didn’t close until 11 pm My wife asked for an espresso martini and the bartender told her this is a hotel bar and they don’t make fancy drinks like that She then asked for a vodka soda with a “splash” of cranberry and he rolled his eyes He claimed that I was visibly intoxicated when I asked for a second drink and wouldn’t serve me Our friends thought he was just being funny but he was serious Again.., he just didn’t want to be there. We left. Terrible experience This is not a Chop House bar….it’s a hotel bar and it feels like it

The guy on the phone was so rude and couldn't be bothered that it led to us ordering food elsewhere. It did lead to a fantastic pizza experience with my family. Thanks for being rude phone guy.
