Had an exceptional waitress, she was wonderful!!! Food was awesome, as always. I don't eat fast food anymore unless I absolutely have no choice. Cracker Barrel has been my favorite go-to to eat out while shopping, running errands. Can eat better food than fast food for the same price. Why would you choose fast food?? Best place to get fried catfish that I've ever found!!!

The new food selections we tried were wonderful. Our sever, Chandler, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive The value was reasonable for the price we paid and the restaurant was clean and very well stocked.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. We have been eating at Cracker Barrel for years, this location was the worst one we have ever been too. Terrible service, dirty silverware, no one wanted to acknowledge you or help you. Everyone was complaining about having to work when people walked in, others were leaving when we arrived saying they had been waiting an hour just for drinks and wouldn’t recommend staying. Our food order was messed up and when mentioned our waitress acted like it was our fault it was messed up. Terrible all the way around.

My go to meal at CB, is Marinated, grilled Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes with Sawmill gravy, and green beans or fried okra. I ALWAYS have cornbread muffins! Yesterday, the okra, potatoes and gravy were all perfect! The chicken still tasted just as good, but had several smaller pieces, with some nugget sized chucks, instead of the nice tenders I remember. The last few times that I visited this store, the muffins have been different. They were very flat, as if they didn't rise at all, and a bit mushy inside. Also, I didn't taste that touch of good ol' bacon grease flavor that always took me back to my grandma's kitchen! If y'all have changed the way you do the cornbread, please go back to what your long time customers love! If not that, then some team members need training!

Parking: I think there are like 30-40 parking spots. I'm not sure.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 4-6 parking places for this. They are around the front right side of the building when you're coming in off of tunnel road.
