About a year ago I would have given this place a negative star. Now its 5 because the employees they have now are amazing and nice now. 180 turn around glad to see it change for the better cause I love dominos pizza.

The manager Rosa is truly amazing! She is a great employee. I always come to this dominos from far just to get helped by her because she has high spirits. She is always smiling and a great person. My order is always hot, fresh and accurate. She makes sure every customer gets an amazing experience and every order is perfect. Never once did I come to this dominos and gotten a bad experience with her and she makes sure the store is always very clean and running effectively.

I went to this domino’s the other day and I needed help with in Spanish and this very lovely manager by the name Rose helped me out. We truly need woman like her in our Spanish community because some of us don’t speak good English. The store was very clean and this manager brought a kind and great spirit. She was smiling and very happy. I was having a bad day and she made my day a million times better. Thank you so much for all you do. Dominos need more people like you. You guys better keep her she definitely makes that store great.

WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS BUT DOESN’T GIVE OPTION. CALLED THE HENDERSONVILLE ROAD STORE FIVE TIMES TODAY. ALL FIVE TIMES, FOREIGN LADY STATED “HOLD” AND NEVER CAME BACK TO PHONE. I ONLY HAD SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT WHAT IS ON THEIR SALAD. ALL FIVE CALLS WHILE ON HOLD, COULD HEAR EMPLOYEES TALKING AND WALKING AROUND BUT NEVER CAME BACK TO PHONE. I FINALLY DECIDED TO CALL EAST ASHEVILLE STORE TO SEE IF I COULD GET ANSWER TO WHO MANAGES THE OTHER STORE. GOT SOME GUY WHO CLAIMED TO BE REGIONAL MANAGER BUT HE WAS EQUALLY RUDE AND NEVER OFFERED TO REMEDY THE ISSUE WITH EMPLOYEES AT THE OTHER STORE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. EMPLOYEES NEED TO GO TO WALMART AND STAND AROUND LIKE OTHER EMPLOYEES IF THEY DON’T WANT TO WORK
